Let’s get to know our Rosarium Cloth Nappy

The Rosarium is exclusive to us at From The Rose Garden and was designed by myself after I was unable to find a pattern that suited my needs. It is a one size fits most (OSFM) single row front snapping nappy, what this means is that there is only one row of "waist" snaps to secure the nappy.




There are 2 snaps to secure to the waist snaps and close the nappy, one of these snaps is referred to as the hip/leg snap and it is the one that helps create that leg seal you'll need, the other is referred to as the waist snap and that the one that does up around subs tummy and can help prevent that tummy gape. If you have a bub with chunky thighs and a skinny waist you can skip a snap between the hip/leg and waist snap to help get a better fit.

The Rosarium has proven to fit a very wide variety of bums. The nappy is expected to fit babies from about 3kgs right up till about 17kgs (with the help of those rise snaps you see on the front, they simply just snap down to as small as your little one requires), these weights are just estimates as the shape of your baby plays a huge role in how a nappy will fit.

All of our nappies are a snap in all in two style, what this means is that the insert snaps into the shell of the nappy and comes apart to be washed and dried. It’s no secret this is my favourite style of nappy as I feel it’s the easiest to use and care for.

Each nappy comes with a snap in insert that consists of 2 layers of super thirsty bamboo and topped with a layer of suede cloth to keep bubs feeling snuggly dry, and a super long snake insert that is also 2 layers of super thirsty bamboo and can be folded to where the absorbency is needed.
